Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information Datalk Infinite Technology Solutions ("Datalk", "we") receives through this website and how it is used.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Information you send us

This website has no forms. Enquiries reach us by email or as a call you book. When you email us, we receive what you choose to include, such as:

  • your name, organisation or institution, email address and phone number
  • a description of your programme, project or research and where it stands
  • any project brief, timeline or budget you choose to share

Booking a call

Book a Call on the Contact page opens our booking page on Cal.com, a scheduling service, in a new tab. Cal.com collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email address and the time you choose, and sends the booking to us. Its own privacy policy applies to its pages.

How we use enquiry details

We use these details to review your enquiry, contact you about it and discuss whether a planning session, technical review or analytical consultation is appropriate. We do not use enquiry details for advertising, and we do not sell them.

Please do not include confidential project material or datasets in your first message. Where these are needed, we agree a suitable method with you during the follow-up.

How long we keep enquiries

The website itself does not collect or store enquiry details. Enquiries we receive are kept for [retention period to be confirmed] and then deleted, unless they become part of an engagement with you.

Information stored in your browser

If you choose the light or dark theme, the website saves that choice in your browser's local storage so it can be restored on your next visit. For the current browser session only, it also notes whether your device should be shown the version without animation, so the check is not repeated. These items stay on your device and are not sent to us. You can remove them at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Its fonts are served from the website itself rather than from a third-party service.

Technical information

Like most websites, the hosting service that delivers these pages may record standard technical information, such as IP addresses, browser type and the time of each request, to operate and secure the service.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the enquiry details we hold about you, ask us to correct them or ask us to delete them by writing to business@datalk.si.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice if the way the website handles information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
